Co-Founder

Bradley Wetherby

After graduating from Pepperdine University, Bradley Wetherby launched his career at Marcus & Millichap, advising clients on commercial real estate investments before joining Perch Wealth as a DST advisor. There, he guided investors through hundreds of 1031 exchange DST transactions, building deep expertise in tax-deferred strategies. Leveraging this experience, Brad co-founded Current 1031 to redefine the Qualified Intermediary model with flat fees, full transparency, and a structure that ensures every client earns interest on their exchange funds.

Co-Founder

Kyle Woods

After graduating from Pepperdine University, Kyle Woods established himself as one of the leading brokers in Los Angeles, spending the majority of his career at CBRE before forming his own team at Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate. He has brokered over $1 billion in investment property sales and guided clients through hundreds of millions in 1031 exchanges. Recognizing the challenges investors face during the short timeframe of identifying their next upleg and the lost opportunity of interest being earned by the bank instead of the investors themselves, he co-founded Current 1031 to modernize the Qualified Intermediary experience. With flat fees, full transparency, and a structure that allows clients to earn interest on their exchange funds, Kyle is setting a new standard for how investors approach 1031 exchanges.
